RJ is the CEO of the Perfect Army VA agency, a community builder for course creators and the host of Work from Home podcast.
She has been doing freelancing since 2013 and achieve a lot and achieved so many things. But struggles and failures in life hit her and eventually made her decide to slow things a bit.
Now, she is an advocate of a “balance” work from home life. A lifestyle, where you earn enough money but not sacrificing your time with your family and your sanity.
She is very proud of the “perfect” team she has built, a community of 40k+ members into working from home and the podcast promoting her advocacy of work life balance for everyone working from home.
